Sometimes it makes sense to have someone onsite to help the team with the day-to-day challenges of running an agile project.  This offering includes activities such as pairing with the onsite agile coach or ScrumMaster, coaching the PMO on how to work with agile teams, running the daily meetings, and keeping up with the critical release metrics.  Sometimes it helps having access to an experienced agile coach, just to answer the day-to-day questions that are going to inevitably arise as you learn to become more agile.

This kind of engagement makes sense for brand new teams, or when you have more than one team working on a coordinated release in a more complex product environment.
