Angela Gabriel is a highly effective and results-oriented senior professional with 24 years of demonstrated strategic and organizational capabilities in managing multiple tasks, large programs / projects, and enterprise wide initiatives involving international teams, subcontractors, and 3rd party vendors.
Angela has proven capabilities and specialization in the area of starting up, leading and maintaining IT and Enterprise wide PMO’s. Throughout her career, she has become adept at leading concurrent project teams through all phases of the project and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Angela’s passion, and something she has become quite proficient at, is analyzing business needs and devising winning IT/operations strategies that align program goals with overarching organizational objectives.
Angela’s first introduction in the Agile world was back in 2007 while working with Microsoft. Since then, she has held numerous roles in the Agile space including ScrumMaster, Scrum/Agile Coach and Agile Transformational Leader. She has led 2 large scale Agile transformations with a focus on providing the vision and direction for the organizational change.
Angela has spent 13 years of her career working in the financial services industry with organizations such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Bank of Hawaii. Over the years Angela has become very skilled at exercising keen business acumen surrounding organizational and strategic awareness, fueled by an emphasis on getting things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
Angela possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, as well as a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Science. She also holds the following certifications; PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, Six Sigma Greenbelt.
