Managing Consultant

Jessica is an MIT grad and lifelong learner experienced in applying design thinking to product, teams, and organizational transformation. 

She is an Innovation Management Partner and Organizational Design Strategist helping businesses reach their bottom line faster, with fewer resources, and with user validation along the way. 

After obtaining her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy & Sustainability at MIT, Jessica stayed to receive her Dual Masters in Mechanical Engineering and in the Technology and Policy Program, effectively focusing on the optimization of Innovation Systems powered by the design process. In her graduate thesis, she researched how to transform non-designers through the Design Thinking process and developed methodologies that she’s delivered in 6 industries, 8 countries, and 3 languages. 

Jessica is one of Boston’s Latino 30 Under 30, a fellow at the Royal Society of Art, a TEDx veteran, and previous Head Strategist of the MIT Presidential Advisory Cabinet. 

Jessica is a designer, maker, educator, Cuban dancer, snowboarder, and road tripper, but above all else, a connector.
