Jon has spent the last nineteen years helping companies of all sizes figure out how to create innovative solutions to customer problems and improving how organizations get products to market. He has used Agile methodologies both as a developer and as a product manager and has also taken the principles of user centered design into marketing organizations. Jon has deep experience at companies from the startup stage all the way up to the fortune 500 and his career spans SaaS, telecom, financial services, retail, online media, healthcare, automotive, and public safety. Jon holds a Bachelors of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from The Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Additionally, Jon is pragmatic marketing certified and is also a CSPO.
