Ric Merrifield is an experienced executive who has spent over 25 years helping companies of all sizes define and achieve their goals, most recently helping teams assess how the Internet of Things can improve their relationships with customers, employees, and partners.

Ric led the development work on the Disney MagicBand project and designed Starbucks Mobile Order and Pay. Ric has also had two books published and four articles featured in the Harvard Business Review. He holds several patents related to CMMI, having created the capability models used today by Microsoft.
