In this role, you’ll work with Directors and Managers to ensure the Transformation strategy’s execution throughout the organization and create clarity and alignment between the coaches and the delivery teams.
As an Expedition Lead, the ability to adjust, on the fly, to the delivery teams’ changing realities is critical. As the priorities of the business change, so will the delivery teams’ needs, but your job is always to keep your eyes on the prize and ensure that the coaches and teams are adhering to the Transformation plans and strategy.
As the one responsible for the execution of the Transformation plan and strategy, you’ll collaborate with delivery leadership and coaches to ensure that the organization is developing cohesive teams who are operating off a maintained 90-day backlog. You’ll be responsible for establishing tooling and utilizing metrics to demonstrate progress and improve delivery performance.

Prior experience in an Agile leadership or practitioner role and a strategic planning background is a plus but not required.
