Expedition Lead

Are you ready to help some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world navigate the choppy waters of Business Transformation? Do you take pride in having the ability to remain calm and steadfast in your consulting approach, and to create safety for your clients, even in the face of imperfection?

If so, then becoming an Expedition Lead at LeadingAgile may be the perfect fit.

In this change management role, you’ll work with Directors and Managers to ensure the execution of our clients’ business strategies through the application of Agile methodologies. Additionally, you’ll create clarity and alignment between the Agile coaches and the delivery teams.

As an Expedition Lead, the ability to adjust, on the fly, to the delivery teams’ changing realities is critical. As business strategies and the business’s priorities change, so will the needs of the delivery teams. As the business shifts, you will act as a liaison between senior leadership and the teams to ensure that the teams’ needs are met and that the Agile coaches and delivery teams are adhering to the Agile Transformation Plan.

As the one responsible for the Agile Transformation Plan’s execution, you’ll need to collaborate with delivery leadership and Agile coaches to ensure that the organization is developing cohesive teams who are operating off a maintained 90-day backlog. You’ll be responsible for conducting business analysis, establishing tooling, and utilizing metrics to demonstrate business process improvements and to further improve delivery performance.
