Product Specialist

Do you have a strong background in product management?  Are you looking for the opportunity to exercise your craft to help some of the largest companies in the world solve real-world business problems?

If so, then becoming a Product Specialist at LeadingAgile, where you’ll coach, mentor, and support Portfolio and Product teams within large enterprise environments might be a perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to define custom workshops and training that will give the teams the product techniques and practices they need to operationalize their execution and remain adaptable in the face of an everchanging marketplace.

You’ll show them how to use impact/journey mapping, develop personas, write hypotheses and how to use experimental design to make risk explicit in their product roadmaps. Additionally, you’ll teach them how to conduct product craft and role assessments to determine where deficiencies impact delivery and how to create plans to manage risk and improve both delivery and organizational effectiveness.

As a Product Specialist, your focus is on both strategy and execution, so you’ll have to engage with our clients’ executive leadership to not only maintain strategic alignment, but also to ensure that the conditions are getting created within the organization for the teams to operate in their new way of working.
