HeraTech… A Blog on Agile Technical Writing

Written by Mike Cottmeyer Wednesday, 2 December 2009 11:23

I think it is a sign of a maturing agile community when we start seeing advocates outside the mainstream development community. A former co-worker of mine introduced me to a relatively new blogger in the Boston area named Julie Stickler. Julie is writing on her transition to agile from the perspective of a Technical Writer. When I speak on agile, quite often I get asked question about how Technical Writers fit in. I have my perspective, I am looking forward to hearing what Julie has to say. Her first few posts are excellent and the blog is promising. If anyone out there knows of other bloggers tackling Technical Writing… I’d love it if you’d share a link.

Julie’s blog is called HeraTech and she can be found at http://heratech.wordpress.com. Enjoy!

Mike, thanks so much for your kind comments and the signal boost for my blog. I've been percolating a few of the posts for months. I hope I can keep coming up with useful content.

Someone on one of my technical writing lists pointed me to Diana Ost, who is also blogging about Agile technical writing.
