Andrew Young is a professional problem solver; most recently with a SaaS platform that has taken a “product” first through customer research approach to building technology. Andrew has been leading the operations within that organization with the same approach – focus on the people to build a healthy and collaborative culture. He also works to expose the real definition of design; design is problem solving and the rendering of intent, not just making things pretty.
Andrew is focused on solving challenges through both a quantitative and qualitative lens. He is passionate about the user experience, both internal and external. He has deep experiences bridging design and business.
