Lance has 20 years of experience in teaching Agile practices.  He is a senior software developer, so his consulting experience stretches across a large number of technologies and across many roles. He has worked side-by-side with developers, ops, QA, managers/leaders, mentoring them on delivering features with engineering best practices such as TDD, ATDD, BDD, refactoring, and continuous integration, regardless of product line and business domain. He also holds several patents and has several publications—including some in Mandarin—under the pen name Lancer Kind.
