Zach is a creative problem solver with experience leading peers through complex situations. Out of college, he spent a year and a half working as an Associate Project Manager at VMware before joining the family business at the end of 2019. Now he is serving as a Data Analyst with the Talent Team. On a day to day basis, he is generally responsible for facilitating the 30-day onboarding program, organizing talent data to gain valuable insights about recruiting, and pursuing special interest projects that help LeadingAgile acquire the best talent available.
