The Fewell Family at Agile 2016

Jesse Fewell and his son Ajay led a session at Agile 2016 that explored how the Millennial Generation views software development. Although Ajay is still in high school, he is already very accomplished as a software developer. While many people can be quick to judge Ajay’s generation, what he shares in this interview provides great insights for people of any age.

Ajay shares how he believes older generations can adjust their way of thinking and interacting to better support a way of approaching work that uses the best from all generations.
