Platform Software Developer

If so, then the Platform Software Developer position at LeadingAgile might be a dream come true.

In this role, you’ll work as part of a small team of developers who leverage Agile processes to manage their work. This team is responsible for implementing new and maintaining existing features within our proprietary internal and client-facing applications using a wide array of technologies. These technologies include but aren’t limited to C#, Azure, Swift, Angular, Bootstrap, and more.

As a Platform Software Developer, don’t expect to only take orders from on high. Instead, as part of this extremely visible team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with executives and other key stakeholders. Through our collaborative process, you’ll get rapid feedback on the work you’re doing and have the chance to use your expertise to come up with new and exciting solutions that aren’t strictly limited to the codebase. While we have a full-time UI/UX Designer on staff, you will have the ability to influence the UI/UX and are highly encouraged to do so.

Lastly, in this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor as we expand our capabilities and venture into the waters of Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.

APPLICABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Well-versed in C# and Swift
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Skills
  • Familiar with SQL/Azure SQL
  • Machine Learning
  • Business Intelligence

Experience with Legacy Code Rescue, Continuous Build, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps Automation are a plus but not required.
