Core Competencies:

  • Breadth of experience in a variety of Agile Practices (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.)
  • Experience guiding agile transformations as an external coach at team level, project/portfolio and enterprise.
    • Highly efficient in forming a well groomed backlog
    • Ability to form complete cross-functional teams
    • Coach teams and management towards improving agile processes and metrics
    • Ability to articulate where a company lies on their strategic roadmap
    • Ability to demonstrate organization-wide agile adoption strategies and rollout plans
  • High emphasis on continuous learning, knowledgeable of new practices and coaching techniques; active in the Agile Community (user groups, speaking engagements, blogging)
  • Previous experience as an executive or in a senior leadership role is a plus
