Aimee McLean is an IC Agile authorized instructor, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner offering over 15 years of experience in project leadership and project delivery within a cross-section of industries deploying both bespoke and COTS packages, with the last several engagements focused on Agile organizational and enterprise coaching.
Aimee is experienced in working with cross-functional teams from varied backgrounds, firmly believing that communication and creativity are the keys to leadership. She can motivate and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and visual management.
With a grounding in PMBOK approaches and methods as a project manager and vast exposure to Agile frameworks as a Scrum Master and Coach, Aimee is now focused on developing her role as a change agent on a leadership team. Her in-depth practice identifying business value streams, planning for risk mitigation, and streamlining team process/progress makes her an asset to operations and/or delivery leadership teams.
