She’s a certified Agilist that trains, mentors, and coaches newly formed Scrum and Kanban team members and stakeholders, as well as advising senior leadership and executives through organizational change management efforts and Agile adoption. Betsy is an experienced process manager who’s able to simplify, automate, and oversee continuous improvement of complex technology processes. She adept at facilitating team member utilization of Agile lifecycle management software to visualize backlog, improve cycle times, reduce risk impact, and report release timelines to leadership.
