Jenny has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and talent engagement—specializing in the field of IT and business consulting services. In 2009, she decided to become an active member of the Agile community and has since focused much of her efforts on collaboration and innovation within the Agile space. She’s become one of the lead organizers for Agile Day Atlanta and continues to hone her skills at various user groups that she attends throughout the year. Over the course of her career Jenny has been—and still is—influential in the recruitment and hiring of many Agilists who were seeking to help organizations achieve their desired business outcomes through Agile Transformation. As LeadingAgile’s Recruiting Operations Manager, Jenny works closely with the Chief Cultural Officer to ensure quality talent acquisition by vetting potential candidates and managing our various talent acquisition systems. She’s passionate about people and dedicated to building strong, lasting business relationships as she continues to support and collaborate with our consultants as their careers grow.
