Highlights of Krishna’s background include architecting an enterprise-wide performance excellence governance framework for risk mitigation across a $30B entity of 18,000 personnel, designing a global change and portfolio management office (deploying both Agile and hybrid approaches) with oversight of $250M, spearheading the strategy for a lights out (digital manufacturing) factory initiative and securing $50M in innovation funding, and steering an enterprise-wide big data program to enable real-time decision-making and deliver $25M in savings.
Krishna holds an undergraduate degree in business (economics) from the University of British Columbia (Canada), a post-graduate degree in ancient history (economics) from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) and is a PROSCI certified change management practitioner.
