Marc has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, serving as developer, analyst, architect, manager, director, and coach.  He has worked on and lead projects from small proof-of-concept efforts to global financial management systems for clients including Wachovia, Bank of America, Chase, Ernst and Young, NetBank, Turner Broadcasting, and Georgia Pacific.

Marc has been building new Agile development teams and helping existing teams to transition to Agile since 2008.  As a transition coach, he has a true appreciation for the notion that no one methodology is a perfect fit for everyone.  He has spend a significant amount of time helping organizations to find their sweet spot on the Waterfall/Agile spectrum by fine tuning their processes into comfortable hybrid solutions.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Central Florida and studied Business Intelligence at Villanova University. He is also certified as a Project Management Profession (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) through the Project Management Institute as well as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Developer through the Scrum Alliance. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
