Mary brings over 25 years of professional experience as a learning influencer and practitioner in support of business growth, value delivered, and impact. She brings life, inspiration, energy, and clarity to develop outcome-based, tested solutions. She also brings a depth of experience as a speaker and consultant on topics such as creativity & innovation, business strategy, agile design & transformation, leadership development, strategic growth, creative problem solving, and teambuilding.
From 2012-2018, she served as Chief Learning Officer with Pillar Technology to advance the learning ecosystems for Pillar team members and clients. Her passion inspired the creativity and innovation to support the launch of new products and solve complex business problems. After Pillar was Acquired by Accenture in2018, Mary served at Accenture as the North American Learning Lead for Industry X where she curated the Forge Network Learning ecosystem and assisted with Client pursuits for over 20 fortune 500 clients.
Prior to joining Pillar, Mary spent five years serving as Assistant Professor at Muskingum University teaching in a graduate program called MISST that integrates both business and technology.
She is a graduate of Muskingum University with a double major in Computer Science and Business. She completed an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College and later graduated with a Master of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary. Mary also received an Honorary Doctorate from Muskingum University in 2017.
